Contraceptive users in the world according to the World Health Organization (WHO) more than 100 million women use contraception which has effectiveness with hormonal contraceptive users more than and 25% using non-hormonal and contraceptive users in the world in 2019 reaching 89%. In 2020 the number of modern family planning users in urban areas will reach 58% while in rural areas reachs 57%. As many as 82% of Africa's population does not use contraception. Southeast Asia, South and West as much as 43% use contraception. MKJP is a contraceptive tool to delay, space out pregnancies and stop fertility that is used in the long term. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, education and age with the low interest of mothers in choosing MKJP in Kedaton Village, OKU Regency in 2023. The research method used in this study was quantitative using an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach with the population were 454 mothers who were KB acceptors and the sample were 53 using the Acidental Sampling method. Data analysis used the Chi Square statistical test with a p-value <α = 0.05. The results of this study from 26 respondents with good knowledge 15 (57.7%) chose MKJP p.value = 0.003, from 28 respon Dent of higher education 16 (57.1%) chose MKJP p.value = 0.002, while from 26 respondents who were age of low risk 14 (53.8%) chose MKJP p.value = 0.018. Midwives are expected to educate mothers about the importance of using contraception to space births because it cold be affect the mother'shealth.

Work stres is a state of physical imbalance that causes physical and psychological tension that affects the way of thinking, emotions and working conditions. Work stres among health workers is quite high, as are the public health workers who work in puskesmas. Work stres affects the workload which is too high. The influencing factor is the workload. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between workload and work stres in public health workers at the Pekalongan City Health Center. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 26 public health workers in 14 Community Health Centers in Pekalongan City. Based on the results of the analysis of the Pearson Correlation Test, a significant value (p) was obtained between workload and work stres which was 0.019 or p-value <0.05. If you look at the interpretation above, the test results show that the test results stated that there was a significant relationship or that there was a relationship between workload and work stres in public health workers at the Pekalongan City Health Center.

Sexual behavior in adolescents is increasingly closely related to modern lifestyles and tends to violate rules. For example, they will spend their free time doing negative things such as smoking, coming home late at night, taking drugs and accessing pornography. The phenomenon and desire for free sex in adolescents occurs in the form of pornographic films by 97%, kissing, fondling and oral sex by 93.7%, junior high and high school adolescents are no longer virgins 62.7%, junior high and high school adolescents 21.2% do abortion. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the level of hedonistic lifestyle and sexual behavior in class XI adolescents at SMK Bakti Purwokerto. Correlative quantitative analytic research method with a cross sectional design approach. The sample technique used was total sampling technique with 127 class XI students as respondents. The analysis of this study used univariate analysis in the form of a frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using the Spearman rho test. The results of this study are that there is a relationship between the level of hedonistic lifestyle and sexual behavior in class XI adolescents at SMK Bakti Purwokerto.

The development of adolescents aged 11-20 years is characterized by the emergence of hormonal influences which result in physical changes and growth, which is the basis for paying more attention to their body shape. Various methods will be used to get a body shape so that it looks attractive. The effort taken is to limit food intake. Excessive restrictions will affect nutritional status, especially if they are not based on good knowledge. The aim of the research was to determine the perception of body image, knowledge and eating patterns on the nutritional status of young women in Pekalongan City. The research used an analytical observational study with a cross sectional research design. The research population is young women in Pekalongan City. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample size of 50 respondents. The results of the study showed no relationship between body image and nutritional status, there was a significant relationship between knowledge and eating patterns of adolescent girls and the nutritional status of adolescent girls. It is hoped that young women will increase their knowledge and good eating patterns so as to increase the perception of a healthy body image.

Body Image dengan Penyesuaian Diri pada Ibu Primigravida

The first pregnancy is experience of life that makes the big social and psychological change. The purpose of this study is to see whether body image has relationship with self adjustment in the primigravida. Design of this study is a cross-sectional analytical study, it has two variables, independent variables (body image) and the dependent variable (self adjustment). The subject of this study is 30 primigravida using simple random sampling technique, and data used are primary data with instruments such as questionnaires and the data analyzed with the Fisher exact test. It had been done in PMB F at Desa Gayaman Mojoanyar sub-district Mojokerto regency on September. The results show that most primigravida whose body image have positively get 22 people (73.3%) and self adjustment do well consist of 19 people (63, 3%). The data analyzed by Fisher exact with significant level of 5% (0.05) are taken by value p(0.001) <α (0.05) means that body image has relationship with self adjustment in primigravida. The pregnancy should be faced by the best self adjustment in order to keep either psychological or physical in pregnant women and their fetus well.

Vaginal discharge is one of the reproductive disorders often experienced by women in Indonesia caused by humid weather that affects the development of fungi. Continuous vaginal discharge affects the functioning of the female reproductive system. Overcoming vaginal discharge can be done with non-pharmacological therapy with red betel leaves. This study aims to determine the effect of betel leaf boiled water on physiological vaginal discharge in women of childbearing age in Baturono Village, Salam District, Magelang Regency. The research method used is quantitative research with a Quasy Experiment design using Two Groups Pre-Test and Post-Test with the control group. The population is 60 WUS, and the sample size is 30 respondents. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling. Statistical test using Paired T-Test. The result of this study was that the mean value 9pre-test0 given water treatment boiled red betel leaf was 14.80 and the mean value (post-test) was 5.27. So that the provision of red betel leaf boiled water has an effect on overcoming physiological vaginal discharge in Baturono Village based on the results of research p-value 0.000 < 0.5. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving red betel leaf boiled water on physiological vaginal discharge in women of childbearing age in Baturono Village, Salam District, Magelang Regency with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.5.

Adolescence is a period of transition, a period of searching for identity, with the flow of globalization and information that is getting out of control, youth can be called a transition season which is very rapid, both physically, psychologically and socially. With the inclusion of various information that is free, not through a filter that is correct according to ethics and normality, it can cause adolescents to be very vulnerable to harmful influences. This situation is exacerbated by the lack of concern for the family and society, and the community even considers it taboo to talk about reproductive issues. The consequences of this change are often associated with stereotypes (prejudice) regarding irregularities and irregularities. This type of research uses a quantitative correlation method using a cross-sectional approach with a total of 47 young female and male respondents. Retrieval of data using random sampling with analysis of the chi-squer test The results of this study show that the characteristics of adolescents (age and sex) are 48.9% female and 51.1% male, the level of knowledge is mostly included in the category of having sufficient knowledge 76.6%, less is 12.8%, most of the attitudes of the respondents negative 76.6%, most of which are included in the KRR triad are not good 66.0%. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescent reproductive health and the RH Triad with a p-value = 0.004 and there is a relationship between adolescent reproductive health attitudes and the KRR triad with a p-value = 0.001.

The intake from complementary feeding (MPASI) acquired by a child plays a significant role in determining the child's nutritional status. The administration of MPASI continues with breastfeeding from 6 months to 2 years. The adequacy of MPASI refers to food that can meet the nutritional needs of the child. The majority of developmental delay cases are attributed to poor-quality MPASI. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge of mothers about the stages of giving complementary feeding (MPASI) aged 6-11 months in the working area of Cilongok 1 Public Health Center.This study aims to determine maternal knowledge regarding the stages of complementary feeding (MPASI) for infants aged 6-11 months in the Public Health Care Center Cilongok 1 operational area. This research was a quantitative study with a descriptive design. A total of 196 respondents were used for the sample, chosen through purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. From two respondent groups, namely the group of mothers with infants aged 6-8 months, 70 (59%) had good knowledge, 37 (31%) had sufficient knowledge, and 12 (10%) had inadequate knowledge. For the group of mothers with infants aged 9-11 months, 35 (46%) had good knowledge, 24 (31%) had sufficient knowledge, and 18 (23%) had inadequate knowledge. The description of maternal knowledge concerning MPASI for infants aged 6-11 months in the operational area of the Puskesmas Cilongok 1 is deemed satisfactory.

Preeclampsia is one of the biggest problems in pregnancy and is a cause of infant and maternal death every year in the world. The low knowledge of pregnant women is one of the factors in recognizing the condition of their pregnancy. The use of digital health brings a lot of medical information exchange between patients and health workers, health services in the context of differential diagnosis, access to health is more efficient and cost effective. This study aims to determine the effect of using the android-based "pregnant mother happy" application on the level of knowledge of PEAD risk factors in pregnant women in Banyumas district. Pre-experimental design research. Sempel used the cluster sampling approach for pregnant women aged 20-34 weeks' gestation. The results of the Wilcoxon test with a p value <0.001, before being given the intervention the knowledge of pregnant women was in the good category (51.9%), after being given the intervention it increased (66.7%). There is an effect of the use of the Android-based “happy pregnant woman” application on the level of knowledge of PEAD risk factors in pregnant women in Banyumas district in 2023.
